Memorial Day weekend is the kick off to the Block Island summer! Even with the cool weather the Northeast has been experiencing there is excitement in the air. Yesterday was like a summer day out here and it really helped put our minds where they need to be - in summer!
While we still have some good summer vacation weeks available, we are in great shape overall. Rental booking volume is up and we still have a way to go! We book summer and fall vacation rentals up to the last minute so if you know of anyone who is still considering a vacation, Block Island is a great place to look into.
Sales activity starts slowly this time of year but we have appointments scheduled this weekend, great new listings to look at and great buys on listings that we have had in our market place for the last year. Local banks are lending on all levels so it is a good time to buy for so many reasons.
